Computer shortcut keys - Word and Excel

List of basic computer shortcut keys:

1. Ctrl + Z → Undo.

2. Ctrl + X → Cuts the selected item.

3. Ctrl + C → Copy the selected item.

4. Ctrl + V → Paste the selected item.

5. Ctrl + A → Select all text.

6. F5 →  Refresh Window.

7. Window Logo Key  → Open the Start Menu.

8. Ctrl + S → Save the current file.

9. Alt + Tab → Switching between open programs or windows.

10. Alt + F4 → Close the active items.

11. Esc → Cancel the current task.

12. F1 → Display help for a program or window.

13. Home → Move the cursor to the beginning of a line or move to the top of a web page.

14. Ctrl + Home → Move to the top of a document.

15. End → Move the cursor to the end of a line or move to the bottom of a web page.

16. Ctrl + End → Move to the end of a document.

17. Page Up → Move the cursor or page one screen up.

18. Page Down → Move the cursor or page one screen down.

19. Alt + F → File menu options in the current program.

20. Alt + E → Edits options in the current program.

21. Ctrl + Del → Cut selected item.

22. Ctrl + Ins → Copy the selected item.

23. Shift + Ins → Paste the selected item.

24. Shift + Home → Highlight from current position to beginning of the line.

25. Shift + End → Highlight from current position to end of the line.

26. Ctrl + (Left arrow) → Move one word to the left at a time.

1. F2 → Rename selected icon.

2. F3 → Start find from the desktop.

3. F4 → Open the drive selection when browsing.

4. F5 → Refresh contents.

48. Shift + F3 → Change case of selected text.
