2. Apne sathi ke sath jayada time bitaye uske sath kahi romantic place par ghumane jaye.

4. Hari sabjiya khaye, fast food ka sevan na kare.
5. Purusho ko adhik garmi me nahi baithana chahiye nahi to garmi ke karan shukranu mar jate hai.
6. Mahilao ko oily or jayada masala nahi khana chahiye or apni sehat par dhayan rakhana chahiye.
7. Pani jayada pina chahiye.
8. Dono ko fruits khana chahiye.
9. Daily exercise karna chahiye.
10. A bypne sathi ko khush rakhana chahiye.
