MiGrocer Business app helps the village level entrepreneurs (VLE's) to run the key business decisions and set business rules for the online store. As a store owner, you will have complete control on what to sell, when to sell, how to sell, and what prices to sell the products,
Download the App
- Download the App from Google Play store or Apple App Store using the links provided below
- Android: Click here
- iOS: Click here
- Once the app is downloaded, click on "Login"
- Enter the mobile number which you provided in the registration from submitted for e-store
- You will receive an OTP, enter the OTP and click on "SUBMIT OTP"
- Once you login you will see the below options
Store Profile
- Update delivery modes, delivery distance/range. time slots, minimum order value. delivery charges, etc

Product details
- Add, update and remove (discontinue/out of stock) product details (ex: price changes, etc)

Offers module
- To run special offers on products, limited period offers, or bill value, etc

Chat Support
- Enabling this feature will allow customer to communicate with the store via WhatsApp or SMS
CSC GRAMEEN E-STORE User Manual (Orders App)
MiGrocer Orders App enables you to manage your orders and deliveries effectively. All orders that you receive are recorded here, you can "Accept", "Reject" and "Deliver" as per the availability of products in the order and resourcing. If you want to hire delivery executives for deliveries, usually this app is managed by delivery executives.
Use Your Phone Number to Access the App. You can also create delivery users to access this app.
Download App

- Once the app is downloaded, click on "Login"

New Orders
- View orders placed by customers, view orders details; edit order (change quantity, replace substitute, remove, etc)

Shipped Orders
- View orders ready for store pick up have been sent out for delivery. Make sure to update the status of the order using the swipe after delivery. If this is not updated online payment get refunded to customer.
Delivered Orders
- View all delivered orders
Cancelled Orders
- View all cancelled orders
CSC GRAMEEN e-STORE User Manual Customer App
CSC GRAMEEN e-STORE App is user friendly and efficient e-store app which enables VLE's to list products and sell online. Your customers will be able to order products through this app and pay online. You can deliver products to your customer doorstep and generate additional income. Online payments by customers are directly credited into your bank account. Customers have options to select the products, opt for delivery slots, and pay online.

- Once the app is downloaded, the nearest CSC Centre will be selected
- User can either browse through different products or can simply search for a specific product and start ordering by giving address and contact details
- User will have to create an login using their mobile number
- iOS app will be available on Apple App Store shortly
